Do you ship worldwide?
Yes – we ship to most countries around the globe! We want artisCHt lovers everywhere to enjoy our products. However, please note that due to international restrictions and carrier limitations, there are a few locations we unfortunately cannot ship to. (These tend to be areas with severe shipping disruptions or sanctions.) If your address is in one of these restricted regions, our system will notify you at checkout. Aside from those exceptions, we’re happy to send our products to customers worldwide.
For international orders, keep in mind that import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s laws. Those charges (if any) would be your responsibility upon delivery. We have no control over these fees and customs policies vary by country. Rest assured, we do everything we can on our side to provide the proper documentation so your package travels smoothly through customs.
When will I receive my order?
Every artisCHt product is made-to-order just for you, so please allow a little time for us to create your item before it ships. Here’s what to expect in terms of timeline:
- Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days to print and prepare your item. (Most orders are on the quicker end of that range, but occasionally an item might take a few extra days to perfect, especially during peak seasons.) We’ll keep you posted and begin production as soon as you place your order.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is on its way, delivery times depend on your location.
- United States: Usually 3–7 business days for delivery after production.
- Europe: Usually 5–10 business days for delivery after production.
- Other International Destinations: Approximately 1–3 weeks after production, depending on the country and local postal services. (Remote areas or regions with limited transport may be on the higher end of this range.)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. We strive to get your order produced and delivered as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur – for example, due to customs processing, weather events, or high volume during holidays. We truly appreciate your patience with our made-to-order process, and we’re confident you’ll find the wait worth it for a freshly crafted artisCHt piece!
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification with tracking so you can follow its journey to your door. (See the next question for more about tracking.)
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number/link. You can click that link to see real-time updates on where your package is. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to start updating after you receive the tracking number (sometimes it takes a short while for the carrier to log the first scan).
If you created an artisCHt account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking information on our website at any time. And of course, if you have any trouble tracking your shipment, feel free to contact our support team – we’re here to help make sure your package finds its way to you.
Will my items arrive together?
Depending on what you ordered, your items may ship in separate packages. Since each product is made to order (and we sometimes produce different items in different facilities), one item might be ready to ship before another. Rather than hold up your entire order, we may ship each item as soon as it’s done. This means if you ordered multiple products, they could arrive in different packages and possibly on different days.
Don’t worry – this is normal! For example, prints might ship out separately from apparel if they are produced in different studios. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package, so you can keep an eye on all parts of your order. Even if items arrive separately, you won’t be charged extra shipping; the total cost you paid at checkout covers all shipments. If you believe an item is missing or something hasn’t arrived when expected, let us know and we’ll make sure everything gets to you as promised.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy explained — how we handle issues, what qualifies, and how we make it right.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your artisCHt purchase, and we’ll do our best to make things right if there’s a problem. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have some limitations on returns. Here’s an overview of our policy:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll ask for a photo of the issue, and then we’ll promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund – whichever you prefer. You should get a product you’re proud of, and we take quality issues very seriously.
- Other Returns (Size or Preference Issues): Since each product is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. We don’t keep inventory to resell returned items. That said, if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. We’ll always try to find a fair solution – whether that’s a discount on a reorder, an exchange in special cases, or another way to make sure you’re satisfied.
In any case, please contact our support team if you have an issue with your order. We handle inquiries on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring you have a positive experience with artisCHt. Your trust means a lot to us, and we’re here to help.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Because all our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges in the traditional sense (where you send an item back and we send a new one in a different size/color). We don’t keep extra stock on hand, so a new size would have to be produced as an entirely new order.
If you realize you need a different size or variant, the fastest solution is usually to place a new order for that item. You can contact us about the original item – depending on the situation, we might provide a return label or a discount code to help with reordering the correct item. Our priority is that you get a product that fits and that you love. So while we can’t do a straight swap, we’ll work with you to make it as easy as possible to get the right item. Just send us a message with the details, and we’ll guide you through the best options.
(For defective or incorrect items, you don’t need to “exchange” – just let us know and we’ll replace it at no cost, as noted in our return policy above.)
Orders
Placing, changing, or cancelling an order — here’s how we manage your made-to-order experience.
Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?
Please double-check your order details (products, sizes, shipping info) before finalizing, because we process orders quickly to get your items made and shipped as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, there is only a short window in which we can attempt modifications or cancellation.
If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately (within the same day of ordering is best). If your request comes in before production has started, we will do our best to accommodate it – for example, we can correct your shipping address or cancel an item if it hasn’t gone into production yet. However, if the product is already being printed or has finished production, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify the order at that stage. This is because your one-of-a-kind item is already in the works (or finished) and our production partners are fulfilling it specifically for you.
In summary, we’ll always try to help if we can, but we can’t guarantee cancellations/changes after an order is placed. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it in time.
I entered the wrong shipping address – what should I do?
If you realize there’s a mistake in your shipping address, please get in touch with us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. We all make mistakes, so don’t feel bad – just let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it!
- If your order is still in production or waiting to be shipped, we will update the shipping address in our system and ensure your package goes to the correct place.
- If the order has already shipped, it gets trickier: we can no longer redirect it once it’s with the carrier. In many cases, if an address is invalid, the package will be returned to us. If that happens, we can resend it to your correct address (note: additional shipping charges may apply for the reshipment).
We highly recommend double-checking your address at checkout to avoid delays. But if an error slips through, just contact us ASAP. We’ll do everything we can to help straighten it out. Our goal is to get your artisCHt goodies to you without a hitch!

Are your products really made-to-order?
Yes – every artisCHt product is made-to-order uniquely for you! We do not mass-produce items or hold large inventories. When you place an order, that’s when we spring into action to create your product. This approach ensures that each item passes through careful production steps and quality checks before it reaches you. It also means your item hasn’t been gathering dust on a shelf; it’s freshly made just for your order.
One of the reasons we operate this way is sustainability. Made-to-order production helps reduce waste since we only produce what is actually needed. We’re a premium brand that cares about quality and the environment – by not overproducing, we avoid excess stock ending up in landfills and can focus on delivering a high-quality item every time. The trade-off is that you’ll notice a short wait (a few days) for us to make your item, but we believe this is worth it for the added quality and positive impact. Thank you for understanding that good things (crafted on demand) take a little time!
What does it mean if a product is “Limited Edition”?
Sometimes you’ll see a product on our site marked as Limited Edition. This means that the item is part of a special, limited-run collection. We either produce only a small set number of these items or offer them for only a limited time. Once a Limited Edition item sells out or the campaign ends, it won’t be restocked (at least not in the same form or design).
We label products as Limited Edition to highlight their exclusivity and uniqueness. These pieces are often tied to special art releases, collaborations, or particular seasons. If you snag a limited edition artisCHt product, you’re getting something quite rare! We encourage customers to grab Limited Edition items they love when they see them, because there’s no guarantee they’ll be available later. It’s our way of keeping the collection fresh and special.
